What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can lead food safety systems and compliance—auditing, corrective action coaching, and training—while leveraging my environmental and water-quality background to help teams reduce risk and improve results.

I’m a NEHA Certified Professional - Food Safety (CP-FS) focused on food safety management systems, sanitation, and compliance-driven coaching. I bring hands-on experience performing restaurant food safety/health audits, developing corrective action recommendations, and supporting auditing and inspection needs.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Food Safety Manager where I led FS Team activities, managed sanitation/PC/FS programs, and supported major third-party FS audits (Customer/client, AIB, Silliker, and GFSI accepted FSSC/ISO 22000 & PAS 220). I also drove HACCP plan validation/verification, conducted HACCP meetings, and trained teams in GMPs, HAZCOM, and HACCP prerequisites.

I’ve also strengthened quality systems from the production side as a Quality Assurance / Sanitation Supervisor, including allergen control and managing HACCP, kosher, organic, and WW compliance. I performed root-cause analysis, corrective action and follow-up, and supported QA laboratory operations to ensure safe, productive outcomes.

More recently, I’ve expanded into drinking water quality testing as a Water Quality Specialist, while continuing to provide commercial & residential leasing/sales services and insurance solutions. Across every role, my approach is consistent: identify risk, standardize controls, and turn audits into practical improvements.
