What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a QA role where I can test web or mobile products, improve quality through clear defect reporting and collaboration, and continue developing my API, payment workflow, and product testing skills.

I've tested web and mobile SaaS and CRM applications at MoversTech, identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in Jira while working closely with stakeholders and developers to validate fixes.

I create detailed bug reports and test documentation supported by visual evidence using Loom, Lightshot, and Snipping Tool. My testing includes API validation, payment methods and transaction workflows, and digital contract signing processes.

During my three-year tenure, I supported product quality as MoversTech's customer base doubled each year. I communicate across departments through Slack to help resolve issues efficiently.

My background in competitive gaming coaching and system administration strengthened my analytical thinking, strategic planning, troubleshooting, and ability to perform under pressure.
