What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an engineering leadership role where I can own complex, low-latency or distributed system architecture, stay hands-on with execution, and build high-performing teams—backed by strong CI/CD, observability, and product-aligned delivery.

I’m an engineering leader with a deep tech and high-performance infrastructure background, focused on compute-intensive, low-latency systems. At Frame, I led architecture and development of a low-latency desktop streaming infrastructure across Windows & Linux in C++, designed for deployment across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, Nutanix Cloud) to keep reliability high and video quality stable under unpredictable network conditions.

I thrive on solving complex architectural challenges through hands-on execution and building high-performing teams. I’ve directed three engineering teams as a technical leader, owned end-to-end delivery with automated deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and observability to improve reliability and release velocity, and navigated corporate transitions while preserving engineering culture and delivery momentum—then applied the same rigor earlier at Microsoft on a C++ distributed query engine for Azure Synapse, including work tied to the world’s first petabyte-scale TPC-H benchmark completion.
