What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead delivery of production AI/ML systems—RAG, hybrid retrieval, .NET orchestration and on-prem serving—while partnering with teams to raise engineering standards through pragmatic architecture and CI/CD.

I’m a hands-on technical leader with 15+ years of experience, now focused on building and deploying production AI/ML systems. I’ve designed and delivered production-grade solutions that balance clear architecture with pragmatic delivery.

My standout work is a production RAG system for digital forensics: hybrid retrieval, cross-encoder reranking, LLM orchestration in .NET, and on-premise model serving with full audit logging. I also shipped speech-to-text, image classification, and summarization modules to support complex seized-device analysis.

I bring deep experience in distributed systems, cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD, and performance optimization. Across roles, I’ve been recognized for raising engineering standards and improving reliability and delivery outcomes.

I’ve led teams ranging from 5-9 engineers and owned CI/CD and .NET API standards. Currently, I’m a Team Lead at ADF Solutions (2022 - present) and a Co-Founder building Góra Print (2025 - present).
