What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can solve technical problems, support people with IT systems, and keep growing my IT and software testing skills through meaningful challenges.

I'm an IT Support Specialist who has supported users, managed Pantheon CRM, and implemented fiber network structures at TD Junior DOOEL.

I installed and configured software, printers, scanners, and computer hardware, while providing remote technical support through TeamViewer and AnyDesk. I also created users and access rules, generated operational reports, and helped maintain reliable IT operations.

Since 2021, I've taught informatics technology at OOU Brakja Ribar in Kumanovo, delivering lessons for grades 1 through 5 and adapting instruction for different learning styles. I also administer the school's EMIS and HRMIS systems and keep curriculum materials current with technology and education trends.

I'm passionate about IT technologies and using my technical knowledge to benefit other people. My background includes computer science studies, software testing training, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification.
