Remote part-time or contract work, or the right full-time role, building Laravel and JavaScript web apps, APIs, internal tools and AI-powered features.

I do my best work with teams that value clear specs, ownership and testing. Flexible hours, with overlap for US, Australian or Asian time zones.

I'm a full-stack developer from the Philippines with 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production web apps and mobile backends for US clients on remote teams. I like owning a feature from start to finish: working through the requirement, shaping the data model and API, building the UI, testing it and shipping it.

What I've built

The Laravel API behind a Flutter consumer app, plus an internal admin panel that lets a non-technical business team run content, analytics and campaigns on their own.
An AI-powered in-app shopping assistant on AWS Bedrock, from backend design to the mobile UI.
Dealer management, inventory, reporting and search features for automotive business platforms (PHP/Yii, Vue.js, React, MySQL).
Java/Spring Boot APIs secured with Spring Security and tested with JUnit.
Campus Connect, an Android attendance app (QR code, biometrics, GPS) that became my published master's thesis.

How I work with AI

I use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot every day. I set up agent-based workflows (plan, build, test, review), write custom skills that teach coding agents a project's conventions, and connect agents to real tools through MCP servers. I review and test everything AI writes before it ships. I also created and taught a 14-part GitHub Copilot workshop series.
