What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead permit lifecycle and project coordination work for infrastructure, utility, telecommunications, or commercial construction projects, partnering with municipalities and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant projects efficiently.

I've managed telecommunications and commercial infrastructure projects at Mountain Ltd., guiding work from site feasibility through permitting and construction across multiple jurisdictions.

I coordinate municipal agencies, architects, engineers, utility providers, contractors, vendors, and customers to prepare permit packages, resolve review comments, and deliver code-compliant approvals. I have coordinated more than 100 site assessments and feasibility evaluations annually, evaluating zoning, utility availability, site access, construction constraints, and engineering readiness.

My work includes maintaining permit, engineering, contract, schedule, change-order, and closeout documentation while tracking milestones, risks, and stakeholder actions across concurrent projects. I also manage subcontractor compliance records, including COIs, W-9s, licensing documentation, and vendor records.

Earlier, I performed residential and light commercial electrical installations at Savic Electric, working with construction drawings, NEC requirements, contractors, and inspectors to support safe, successful inspections. I also bring operations leadership from high-volume restaurant environments, including scheduling, vendor coordination, inventory, and team development.
