I’m looking to lead infrastructure and IT operations in a hybrid cloud environment, driving reliability, incident response, and ITIL-aligned service management while partnering with engineering and vendors to modernize systems.

I’m an Infrastructure and IT Operations leader with 15+ years of experience managing hybrid environments across on-prem and cloud platforms. I focus on operational excellence, incident response, continuous improvement, and scalable infrastructure that aligns with business needs.

In senior escalation and director roles, I’ve led high-impact incident resolution across distributed infrastructure, identity, network, and cloud systems, coordinating teams and vendors to restore service and minimize downtime. I’ve integrated monitoring across identity, endpoint, firewall, and cloud systems to improve visibility and reduce MTTR, while identifying recurring issues and driving remediation.

I also build the foundations for long-term resilience: I direct IT infrastructure and operations across multiple locations, establish ITIL-aligned processes for incident/change/service management, and lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and modernization. From disaster recovery and business continuity planning to 24/7 mission-critical operations, I combine hands-on network/security and Microsoft-based environments with documentation and operational standardization to keep systems highly available.
