I’m a Jira-focused IT support and administration professional who leads the health, configuration, governance, and optimization of Atlassian Jira ecosystems. I’ve managed Jira user lifecycle (creation, role assignment, and license assignment) and I bring deep technical ownership across workflow configuration, schemes, permissions, automations, custom fields, and reporting with continuous improvement.
