At EY – Client Technology Platform, I owned the backlog and roadmap for global networking and infrastructure products under SAFe. I helped transform a waterfall team into the platform’s top performer, sustaining 90%+ commitment per PI and reducing attrition to zero.

I led the migration to Azure Virtual WAN, which Microsoft featured as a success case, and established KPIs and OKRs with stakeholders. After a career break for family reasons, I earned PSPO I certification and began applying AI tools to product work.
