I'm Co-Founder and CEO of Credit Markets, where I direct business strategy, local operations, and market expansion across Web3 and credit markets. I lead fundraising, investor relations, credit origination growth, and engagement with regulators and industry stakeholders across the UAE, Europe, and Latin America.

At LEAF Chemical, I managed financial strategy, capital structuring, corporate governance, and fundraising operations, leading business plans, pitch decks, and investor negotiations. I also oversaw finance, legal, and administrative teams reporting to the CEO.

I've executed end-to-end M&A, managed investor relations, and delivered more than $150M ARR in acquisitions at ImunoBR. My work also includes corporate governance, financial modeling, LGPD compliance, board governance, restructurings, ERP implementation, budgets, and long-term incentive projects.
