What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can apply structured evaluation guidelines, research, document review, and clear written communication to high-quality work.

I apply rigorous quality, accuracy, and relevance criteria to document and content review, drawing on postgraduate study in Criminology and Criminal Psychology at the University of Essex and ongoing independent doctoral research.

At Teleperformance Greece on a Meta project, I reviewed high volumes of case-based content against detailed policy and quality standards, documented decisions in ticket-based systems, and escalated edge cases under defined protocols.

I've also managed remote student communities at Fasttrackgrad, led onboarding sessions and discovery calls, and host There Is No Trauma, a YouTube podcast featuring coaches and trauma-focused experts.
