I am an enterprise WordPress support engineer with 7+ years of experience across web development, technical support, and client-facing problem-solving.

At Automattic I provide advanced technical support for enterprise WordPress sites, focusing on security, performance optimization, and complex platform integrations. I troubleshoot infrastructure, caching, and third-party integrations while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact resolutions.
