I maintain optimal stock levels by anticipating customer demands, and I spearheaded a migration to a new software system as the project lead—turning operational complexity into a smoother, more reliable workflow.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Sales Agent, managing direct sales and personalized customer service while consistently exceeding commercial targets and resolving complex issues. I’ve also completed rigorous guest services training and managed event logistics, and I’m building deeper planning expertise through my Professional Certificate in Demand Forecasting, Analysis, and Planning, Inventory and Warehouse Management—so I can continue driving efficiency in Inventory Optimization.
