What I'm looking for

I'm seeking fully remote HR roles with globally distributed or remote-first teams, where I can support digital-first HR workflows, collaborate asynchronously across time zones, and work through contractor or EOR arrangements.

I've supported recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation across Ikeva Venture and Knowledge Advisory Services Limited and Teenie Weenie Training Institute.

At Ikeva, I sourced and screened candidates, coordinated interviews, led end-to-end onboarding, organized HR events, and managed exit interviews and offboarding documentation.
