At Skye Energy, I manage solar projects from permit application and installation coordination through utility interconnection, final inspection, and completion. I oversee 15–30 installations per month and coordinate with internal teams, installers, utilities, inspectors, and local jurisdictions.
I also process business permitting requirements in new Authorities Having Jurisdiction and develop Standard Operating Procedures to support consistent workflows and scalable project coordination.
Previously at Our World Energy, I managed U.S. recruitment end to end, from candidate sourcing and structured interviews through offers and onboarding. I also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator and intern, and as a part-time English Second Language Instructor.
