At Delterra, I lead logistics analysis and monitoring systems across LATAM, including the design and performance monitoring of Buenos Aires' public organics collection system. My work contributed to a 30% increase in system efficiency, and I developed a KPI framework that measured a 23.6% reduction in collection time per stop and a 22.2% increase in service capacity.
I also designed monitoring data architecture and co-developed Power BI dashboards, combining GIS, GPS, and operational records to support decisions by municipalities and project teams. Earlier at Delterra, I designed a three-stream collection system for Olavarría and co-designed its recyclables sorting plant and organics composting facility.
