Led UX research projects in Finance, Onboarding, and Clinical Foundations to overhaul core functionalities in Provet Cloud. Established CSAT as a central OKR in product development and expanded and maintained the internal Research Ops structure.

Conducted UX Research for the improvement and development of the core product, including the renewal of the Mentimeter creation module and research for user-centric AI technology implementation. Provided strategic and data-backed support for annual product roadmap planning.

Managed an Employee Resource Group for Young Professionals within Ericsson. Organized events and activities to increase the visibility and influence of young employees within the firm.

Led UX Research initiatives for innovation and internal strategy projects, such as strategic consultation on blockchain integration in mobile transmission mast repair. Guided the UX team in usability tests, resulting in a higher test frequency within the design team.

Assisted with the planning and organisation for the SDN Global Conference in Copenhagen. Served as an exhibition coordinator.

Led innovation projects for individuals with ostomies or bowel conditions from concept to launch, utilising User Research, resulting in the successful introduction of a leakage early detection system. Developed key User Insight resources, such as personas and user journeys.

Managed industrial ceramic production and optimised ceramic casting work processes. Adapted and scaled customer projects for commercial ceramic production.

Coordinated the "Morphology" exhibition during Salone del Mobile in Milan. Managed team and fundraising efforts.

Represented students' needs at the Student Council. Led a team and managed fundraising activities.

Studied advanced concepts in spatial design, perception, and detail at Det Kongelige Danske Kunstakademis (KADK). Focused on developing a deep understanding of how design influences human experience and interaction within spaces.

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design at the Free University of Bolzano. Gained foundational knowledge and practical skills in industrial design principles and methodologies.

Obtained the Abitur, a German high school diploma, from Marie-Curie Gymnasium Kirchzarten. This diploma signifies completion of secondary education and qualifies for university admission in Germany.
