Maria Victory Villanueva

I’m a Civil Engineering graduate major in Construction Management with hands-on experience as a Field Civil Engineer through on-the-job training at DPWH. I focus on ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every construction activity while supporting project success.

Most recently, I worked as a Field Engineer | Metro Manila Subway Project | EEI Corporation, where I handled manpower supply to the general contractor and managed document monitoring submitted to the JV and DOTr. I also monitored manpower production ahead of third-party inspection and assured safety protocols and PPE provided by the company.

I quantify materials needed on a weekly basis, sort materials before use, and inspect production prior to official inspection. I also bring experience in manpower handling, monitoring, and documentation to keep field operations organized and compliant.

Alongside field work, I’ve worked as a Freelance Drafter & Cost Estimator, drafting Architectural plans up to Evacuation Plan for building permit submission. I prepare BOM, BOQ, and POW, and I have experience in drafting, 3D modelling, and estimating to support permit-ready deliverables.
