I’m a Civil Engineering Technologist working across construction drafting, estimation, and project support, with almost 2 years of experience managing structural and fitout works. I’m goal-driven and result-oriented, and I take pride in delivering accurate technical drawings and organized, strictly documented files.
In my freelance role, I prepare construction and as-built drawings (architectural, fit out, structural, electrical, etc.) and produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape. I also support cost estimated work through manual estimation or Planswift, maintain BOQs/estimates, and request and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations to support project cost tracking.
Previously, I worked as a CAD Operator and Office Engineer, creating and revising technical drawings from provided specifications, and handling engineering document monitoring such as shop drawings, RFA/RFI, test results, and mill certificates. I’m also trained as Construction Occupational Safety and Health (Safety Officer 2), and I bring a disciplined, team-oriented approach to coordination, approvals, and on-site quality support.
