At American School Foundation of Chiapas (ASFC), I lead the Early Years Division, supporting academic excellence, faculty development, student wellbeing, family engagement, and daily operations.
I implemented Spot On Literature, Benchmark Education Phonics, and Ready to Advance to strengthen early literacy instruction. I also improved divisional processes, documentation, and educational guidelines.
At Instituto Alexander Bain, I led curriculum planning and implementation across multiple grade levels, coached English teachers, and designed assessment systems. I also coordinated interdisciplinary projects and prepared students for Cambridge Assessment English and TOEFL examinations.
Earlier, I delivered inquiry-based English Language Arts instruction at Instituto Alexander Bain and implemented the Journeys Reading Program and Reggio Emilia Approach at Kuruwi. My training includes IB PYP, educational technology, and artificial intelligence in education.
