What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote e-commerce role where I can apply my finance and operations foundation, accuracy, reporting discipline, vendor coordination, and fast learning curve in a new field.

I've managed finance and operations at Timor-Leste Adventist International School, preparing payroll, financial statements, reconciliations, banking transactions, and board-level budget reports.

I review disbursements, monitor cash flow, maintain revenue and expenditure reporting, and strengthen recordkeeping, procurement policies, and internal controls. I also coordinate vendors, inventory, vehicle management, and staff development.

At Maxwell Adventist Academy, I direct residence-hall operations including budgeting, facilities, procurement, audits, safety protocols, and stakeholder communication. I lead and develop resident-assistant teams while contributing to institutional committees and policy decisions.

I'm pursuing a Master's in Leadership and looking to bring my accuracy, remote-collaboration discipline, and fast learning curve to a remote e-commerce environment.
