I'm currently managing payroll and HR support at Miro, part of the Hudaco Group, where I supported a migration from Sage VIP to Sage 300 People with zero operational disruption. I manage payroll processing, ESS administration, statutory compliance, reconciliations, benefits, leave, reporting and confidential employee queries.
Over more than a decade, I've delivered full-function and outsourced payroll across corporate and multi-company environments, including payrolls of approximately 1,200 employees. I've worked with SAAB Grintek, Bartlet Poultry and related businesses, IQ Business, SMH Group, and VVM, supporting payroll controls, audits, journals, HR administration, employee relations, and statutory processes.
