At Pharmacy, I use the sales system to record sales, process payments, and issue invoices. I also track incoming and outgoing money, including cancellations and payment method changes.

At closing, I reconcile the register across cash, card, Pix, and partner accounts, and log daily expenses. I also monitor customer insurance and partner accounts to identify payments and outstanding amounts.

At Hapvida, I organized and updated patient information in spreadsheets and internal systems. I entered, checked, and verified records, and handled documents, protocols, and filing while assisting with reception and customer service.

I completed a Technologist Degree in Systems Analysis and Development at UNINASSAU – Caxangá. My studies included programming, databases, software development, computer systems, and information technology, and I have also pursued cybersecurity studies and Microsoft and Cisco training.
