I follow written standardized recipes and instructions, using mathematics in expanding or checking recipe conversions to keep meals consistent and high quality.

On the serving line, I demonstrate the ability to identify a reimbursable meal and help the manager complete food production records by accurately reporting the amount of food prepared, used, and leftover.

I keep food service areas clean and sanitary by storing food using proper procedures, supplying food for the next day, and assisting with meal clean up, dishwashing, and pan washing. I handle money using a POS cash register system, maintain accurate records, comply with state, Federal, and local health department requirements for safe food handling, and complete 6 hours of Professional Standard Training every year.
