What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can improve how teams work by building systems that actually support people. I enjoy spotting what's not working, whether in a process or team dynamic, and creating structure that helps things run smoother. I do best in environments that are clear, collaborative, and trust people to do their job without micromanaging.

I’m an Operations and People Strategy professional with over 5 years of experience leading fast-paced teams in U.S based logistics. At Lean Solutions Group, I oversaw 100+ team members across ops, training, and helping reduce ramp times, build better workflows, and improve service through clear execution.

My focus has always been on making things work smarter: spotting what’s broken, designing systems that actually help, and building teams that know where they’re going. I’ve led onboarding, team development, and performance coaching, always linking the day-to-day with bigger goals.
