What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own end-to-end product design for data-driven SaaS, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data. I want to build scalable design systems, ship accessible experiences (WCAG), and use research and analytics to improve NPS, CSAT, and task success.

I’m a Product Designer focused on end-to-end UX/UI for complex, data-heavy SaaS and enterprise platforms. I design multi-step, mobile-first workflows for technical users while keeping usability, interaction design, and accessibility at the center.

In my current work, I led a full redesign of a CRM-like platform, improving NPS by +14 points (-27 → -13) and raising CSAT from 6.4 to 6.8. I restructured critical user journeys to increase task completion to 54.1%, and I translate research and data insights into clear product decisions.

I’m comfortable owning ambiguity from discovery through high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff using Figma (Dev Mode / Inspect). I collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams, using Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to validate hypotheses and guide iterations.

I also build scalable Design Systems and apply WCAG 2.1 standards across interfaces. Across prior UX/UI roles, I led 0→1 SaaS marketplace design, created user journeys, prototypes, and information architecture, and used UX writing and iterative usability testing to reduce friction.
