At Expeditors International, I work as a Brokerage Agent, uploading and indexing documents in an internal system and reviewing and updating shipment information.

I also completed training about agent development. My certifications include Agent self development and Customer Communication Basics.

Previously, I worked as a Track and Trace Agent, tracking shipments for assigned accounts, creating and updating weekly reports, and responding to customer emails requesting information.
