I’m a results-driven supply chain professional with 7+ years of end-to-end international order management across pharmaceutical, aerospace & industrial sectors. I specialize in core expertise in SAP (SD/MM), multimodal logistics, trade compliance, 3PL coordination, and export documentation—especially within GMP/GDP-regulated environments.

In my current role as an Export Operations Coordinator (NYCO), I own the full PO lifecycle tracking—from order receipt to delivery confirmation—supported by KPI reporting and data extraction. I also manage claims and disputes, and I handle crisis management by navigating supply disruptions (e.g., Strait of Hormuz), rerouting shipments, and sourcing alternatives to protect OTIF.
