I manage IEP development, compliance documentation, and coordinated services for students with diverse learning needs. In Anchorage, I currently support 10 intensively funded students in a Structured Learning Classroom through structured academic and behavioral interventions.

I track academic and behavioral progress toward measurable IEP goals, maintain audit-ready records, and adapt instruction for different disabilities and learning styles. I work closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student services.

At Mountain View Elementary School, I managed caseloads while ensuring IDEA compliance, developing IEP documents and ESERS, and facilitating parent and multidisciplinary team meetings. I also conducted virtual IEP meetings and supported psychoeducational testing, observations, and KTEA assessments.

I bring experience across resource and intensive caseloads, digital IEP systems, progress monitoring, and special education services. I hold Alaska and Arizona K–12 special education certification and am pursuing Florida certification.
