At Murphy AI, I designed a tenant-aware case orchestration platform for invoices, debtor accounts, disputes, settlements, and legal escalations. I built Kafka-driven workflows, PostgreSQL-backed financial state, RAG pipelines, and guarded AI actions using OpenAI and ElevenLabs.
At GitLab, I delivered analytics and GitLab Duo Chat capabilities using Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Vue.js, and TypeScript. I focused on permission-aware data access, stable metric contracts, background processing, cached read models, and observable AI integrations.
