Bringing ideas from concept to implementation across communications, video production, operations, and visual marketing in both French and English.

Through oKmontreal Studio, I've produced short films, documentaries, branding videos, social media content, and visual marketing projects. My work includes a feature documentary for the City of Pointe-Claire and projects for organizations including the Canadian Hemophilia Society.

At Bell Mobility, I moved into operations communications and project work supporting new features, networks, and hardware through Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. I integrated 5G location data into existing tools, reduced Smartwatch escalations from L2 to L3 by 90%, and helped launch processes for SmartCities and international roaming.

Previously, I managed 16 technicians supporting enterprise custom solutions for more than 800 Canadian businesses, building support processes for new wireless internet and SmartCities products. I've also written for the Montreal Mirror and founded Fulltank Magazine, bringing journalism, storytelling, and practical business experience to my work.
