Marcos Antonio Trevisan Junior

I am a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Project Management from USP/ESALQ, building my career at the intersection of engineering, technology, data analytics, and business transformation.

Over the past five years, I have gained experience in the automotive industry, working at IAV and supporting initiatives for clients such as Volkswagen. My work in data analytics involves understanding business needs, analyzing data, and developing reports and dashboards that help teams make better-informed decisions. Through this experience, I have strengthened my analytical thinking, technical problem-solving, and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions. I have worked with tools such as Power BI, Python, Pandas, Plotly, Streamlit, SQL, SharePoint, and Jira.

My interest in improving how organizations work led me to develop a competency management platform as my MBA capstone project. I designed and built the solution to help organize employee skills across multiple projects, making it significantly faster to identify competencies and support resource allocation. This initiative allowed me to combine process improvement, technology, and project management principles to address a real organizational challenge, taking the solution from an initial concept to a functional platform.

Alongside my technical and professional development, I have invested in strengthening my leadership skills and broadening my perspective. During an international leadership development program at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), in the United States, I attended classes with university faculty and participated in collaborative activities in an international academic environment. This experience strengthened my appreciation for cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and different approaches to leadership.

My engineering background, hands-on experience with digital solutions, and education in project management have shaped my interest in connecting people, processes, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes. I am particularly interested in project management, PMO, business analysis, and digital transformation, where I can apply my analytical skills while developing further experience in project coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and project delivery.

I am now looking to contribute to an international team where I can bring together my technical background, problem-solving mindset, and project management knowledge. I am open to opportunities across industries, particularly in organizations that value continuous improvement, collaboration, and the use of technology to solve business problems. My long-term goal is to grow into a project management leadership role, helping teams turn strategic priorities into successful outcomes.
