At SDG Group, I design and deliver GenAI and agentic AI solutions for customers, staying hands-on with high-impact components. I led a LangGraph application from inception to deployment, connecting a Snowflake data mart with Azure to automate a seven-step field sales process with human review.
I also led a Snowflake agentic analytics solution for a pharma multinational, taking it to production with over 95% accuracy on a prioritized set of real business questions. For a global expansion of the field sales solution, I designed an Azure Maps route-planning component and co-led the technical assessment and presales scoping.
Earlier at SDG Group, I worked on GenAI applications including retrieval-augmented chatbots, call transcription and classification, and an agent-based customer feedback analyst. My work has also included recommendation systems, forecasting proofs of concept, and data pipelines for pharma sales solutions.
I approach agentic engineering with methodology and patterns first, choosing technology for its fit, capability, cost, and effectiveness. I’m interested in applying Data & AI to work with measurable social or environmental impact, or to products whose mission I believe in, and I’m open to relocating within Europe for the right opportunity.
