What I'm looking for

I'm open to new roles and freelance engagements, including remote work across the EU. I want to lead service delivery and integration work across business and engineering, with responsibility for enterprise ALM, CI/CD, platform migrations, and operational reliability.

I've owned enterprise ALM and CI/CD platforms for engineering organizations of 1,000–2,000 people across Qualcomm, Renesas, and Dialog Semiconductor. At Qualcomm, I onboarded four engineering platforms under ASPICE and SOC 2 controls while maintaining about 99% uptime for more than 1,000 engineers.

At Dialog and Renesas, I led critical engineering-toolchain migrations for the Apple carve-out, Adesto, and Creative Chips, moving Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and SonarQube within planned cutover windows without disrupting engineering teams. I also migrated Jira Server to clustered Data Center infrastructure while keeping roughly 900 projects and 2,000 users unaffected.

My earlier work spans project management, technical product ownership, Scrum, and service delivery. I work across business and engineering with clear reporting rhythms, practical runbooks, and hands-on integration across ALM, CI/CD, cloud, and operations tooling.
