Kamil Radziszewski

I've spent 18+ years building cloud solutions, automation, and infrastructure as code across AWS, GCP, and Azure. My work spans Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, cloud migrations, and modernizing monoliths into microservices-based platforms.

Currently, as a Platform Engineer for Lean Tree, I designed and built an internal developer platform with Port.io and custom Go solutions. I maintain CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes, and established an AWS Landing Zone for secure, scalable foundations.

At ClearScale, I led AWS implementations, migrated on-premises resources to AWS, moved infrastructure to Terraform, and built an IBM APIC EKS cluster from scratch. At EPAM, I led an engineering team delivering AWS solutions, defining epics, coordinating work, and working closely with customers and architects.

I've also delivered AWS architecture at BlueSoft, GCP migrations and CI/CD automation at LPP, and Linux, systems, network, and data-center operations for Rackspace, Atos, OPEGIEKA, and Fotka.pl. I enjoy combining architecture consulting, cloud strategy, hands-on implementation, and team guidance to solve complex infrastructure problems.
