I’m a Business Administrator (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana), bilingual in Spanish and English (C1), with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, finance, human resources, planning, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. I’m naturally persuasive and collaborative, and I enjoy turning strategy into execution—especially when it involves AI, software development, apps, and automations.

In my recent roles, I’ve combined operations and analysis: at a Dental clinic, I supported marketing campaigns, website creation, and weekly/monthly financial analysis and review; as a Store Manager, I led and coached a 27-person team, achieved sales targets for four consecutive months, and implemented inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage; and as a Sales & Marketing Consultant with Hays, I achieved 11 placements, contacted 1,000+ candidates, and supported 25 clients while conducting 100+ interviews and screening processes.
