I’m a data-driven Trust & Safety Specialist focused on high-risk content and global compliance. In my current role, I helped drive a 158% enforcement boost through strategic policy updates and remote, cross-functional leadership across CSAM, terrorism, and disinformation workflows.

I independently manage and resolve sensitive safety and privacy-related user issues (Critical Harms), making decisions that are accurate, consistent, and aligned with DSA and COPPA regulations. I also lead incident response investigations, ensuring record-keeping and strict adherence to escalation protocols under high-pressure conditions.

Operationally, I consistently meet and exceed response-time SLAs while handling a high-volume workload of 9,000+ monthly removals. I created and maintained clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and documentation templates to strengthen operational durability and team consistency, especially for sensitive cases.

Before this, as a Content Moderator, I audited GIFs, Stickers, and Clips for partner rating guidelines and safety policies, and supported account integrity through proactive platform sweeps to identify non-compliant content and bad actors. I bring strong investigative reasoning, stakeholder management, and process optimization, along with fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.
