I’m looking to lead supply chain and operations with measurable impact—scaling S&OP, improving KPIs and compliance, and optimizing cost and working capital through digital tools and high-performing multicultural teams.

I’m a Supply Chain & Operations Director with 20+ years of end-to-end supply chain leadership across the United States and Latin America. I bring deep expertise in S&OP, demand planning, cost optimization, international trade, and regulatory compliance.

Most recently, I led South America operations restructuring by designing SOPs and standardized documentation, eliminating bottlenecks to enable scalable growth. I also launched and scaled regional operations from zero in Colombia, Brazil, and Chile, while strengthening customer satisfaction through digital management and real-time traceability tools.

In pharmaceutical and medical device supply chains, I delivered audited annual savings of COP $220MM by building a national warehousing and distribution outsourcing model. I implemented the MRP module in SAP Business One to improve inventory turnover and demand planning accuracy, and reduced backorders by 1% (COP $337MM) through import lead time renegotiation and working capital optimization.

I’ve consistently led regulatory compliance work—earning INVIMA certifications for critical product lines—and managed procurement with international suppliers across Europe and the USA. I’m bilingual (Spanish/English) and enjoy leading multicultural teams through change management and digital transformation, including Power BI and SAP Business One.
