I’m an Artificial Intelligence BSc student at Leiden University, motivated by analytical thinking and a commitment to excellent service. I combine AI curiosity with hands-on accounting and administration experience to support day-to-day business needs.

In my current role at Nolten (Sales Assistant / Retail Associate / Accounting Support), I deliver customer service in Dutch and English while supporting accounting and administrative activities within the store. I focus on accurate documentation, resolving customer questions efficiently, and maintaining an organised, professional retail environment.

Previously, I supported retail operations at Jumbo Supermarkt and handled structured accounting work as an Accountant at MAGIS International School. I managed daily digital administration, prepared financial reports, organised accounting files, monitored budgets, and tracked financial transactions with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

I’m recognised for attention to detail, reliable professionalism, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies. Fluent communication, teamwork, and problem solving are central to how I work, and I’m eager to grow in a role that blends customer value with strong administrative and financial support.
