At Tetria Global Logistic Services, I manage air freight imports from quoting and document follow-up through shipment tracking and delivery. I also coordinate ocean imports, both LCL and FCL, with agents, carriers, customs brokers, and international vendors.
I schedule and book shipments in CargoWise, review import documents, and update shipment information in the system. I monitor shipments from origin to destination and work through delays, cost overruns, and documentation discrepancies.
I also audit accruals and validate quote and rate accuracy before customer invoicing. My work includes coordinating multiple air and ocean shipments and prioritizing them by transit times and delivery dates.
Earlier, as an Administrative Assistant at Punto Saludable Integral, I supported sales and customer service, coordinated vendor deliveries and warehouse restocking, and processed bank deposits. I completed coursework in International Business at Universidad del Norte and hold the Inside LVMH Certificate.
