At Lean Group, I monitor container movement, manage port appointments and pickups, and resolve shipment discrepancies, demurrage, detention, and dwell-time issues. I also support U.S.-based customers by coordinating with customs brokers, shipping lines, carriers, and logistics partners.

Previously at Ricova International Inc. and H. Ujueta S.A.S, I coordinated ocean freight bookings and schedules across U.S. East Coast and Latin America trade lanes. I handled booking changes, rate requests, carrier communication, invoice reviews, and operational records.

As an Industrial Engineer and CargoWise-certified logistics professional, I bring more than five years of import documentation, shipment visibility, and transportation coordination experience.
