At Tesco Bengaluru, I developed and maintained more than 50 BI and analytical reporting solutions for UK and ROI Security Operations. Using Tableau, SQL, Hive, and Python, I helped stakeholders monitor operational KPIs, incident trends, performance metrics, and risk indicators.
I built Python-based automation for data extraction, cleansing, and reporting that eliminated approximately four hours of manual effort per day. I also created Power Query workflows that cut a 10-minute data preparation process to approximately 30 seconds, and optimized reporting to reduce dashboard load times by up to 60%.
On my Repeat Alarm Analysis project, I analyzed more than 200,000 alarm activations across 3,500 stores and found that approximately 35% were repeats. I used the analysis to identify priority alarm sources and present an action plan to Operations.
