I’m looking to lead cross-functional engineering teams building reliable IoT and internal tooling, with ownership of technical architecture, Agile execution, and practical AI automation that reduces manual work.

I’m a results-driven Project Manager and Electronic & Computer Engineer with 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across embedded systems, IT infrastructure, and IoT deployments. I currently lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 3, driving technical architecture, sprint delivery, and individual career development.

At Tecnidro SRL, I manage end-to-end IoT project delivery for BLE and LoRaWAN product lines, coordinating engineering, supply chain, and field operations while using Agile ceremonies and proactive risk management.
