What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital products, transformation initiatives, or new ventures where I can turn customer and business needs into launched, measurable platforms. I value hands-on delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and direct engagement with senior leadership.

I've owned Mercedes-Benz's MB WebParts platform, approaching EUR 500M in annual turnover, driving a 60% rise in online turnover through UX redesign and customer-led features. I also built the company's first B2C direct-sales online parts store with the Canada market team, from business case and funding through vendor selection and launch.

At Al-Futtaim Automotive, I led digital products across a 25-site automotive portfolio in four markets, including BYD and Yangwang brand experiences. I launched a luxury EV website to a fixed showroom date, created EV customer journeys and calculators, and automated retail-location updates for 230 sites—saving around 100 workdays annually.

I've also taken new ventures from supplier research to launch, including EV charging and a multi-brand spare-parts channel. I turn customer feedback, analysis, and business needs into buildable requirements, business cases, and live products while working closely with delivery teams and executive leadership.
