I am a SQL Server Database Administrator with hands-on experience across SQL Server 2012–2022 and Azure SQL, delivering production support, incident management, and SLA-driven ticket resolution. I design and implement backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions including Always On Availability Groups, log shipping, and clustering, while performing performance tuning, query optimization, and proactive monitoring to maintain system stability.

At my current role I manage ServiceNow ticketing, participate in CAB and client scope calls, conduct DR drills, and automate health checks and reporting. I hold Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications, mentor new team members, and bring a practical, documentation-focused approach to root-cause analysis and change management.
