I’m a Backend Software Engineer who designs and operates event-driven distributed systems, real-time data pipelines, and scalable REST/GraphQL APIs. I focus on owning the full backend lifecycle—from architecture and data modelling through deployment, observability, and incident resolution.

Most recently, I served as the sole backend engineer on a 3-person team, delivering and operating backend infrastructure for production platforms deployed on the Starknet blockchain. I engineered high-throughput event-ingestion pipelines in Node.js and Rust, reliably processing 15k+ on-chain events per day with idempotent writes and zero duplicate-processing incidents across the full production lifecycle.

I also built a real-time delivery layer for live price feeds and portfolio updates using WebSockets, Redis pub/sub, and Socket.IO—reducing client-perceived latency from polling (~2s) to sub-300ms push delivery. I established backend conventions like API design standards, error-handling strategy, and structured logging to keep independently deployed services consistent and easy to onboard to.

Alongside production work, I’ve shipped impactful projects: a role-based bounty and grants platform with scoped RBAC and automated payout workflows; a 24/7 live memecoin trading/discovery backend with Rust event-stream processing and sub-300ms WebSocket fanout; and a solo payments backend with transaction workflows, escrow logic, and real-time notifications.
