At Syngene International Ltd, I execute and document oncology preclinical studies, including efficacy, PK/TK, engraftment, and tumor growth kinetics studies. I collaborate with the DMPK team on monoclonal antibody PK/TK analysis and NCA parameters using Phoenix WinNonlin.
My research has also included biodistribution, plasma stability, and toxicity studies, along with interpreting preclinical data and preparing scientific summaries. I’m a Certara-certified NCA Analyst and am currently training in PK/PD modeling through Certara while gaining proficiency in R.
