For my INX Future Inc. Employee Performance Analysis project, I explored employee data, engineered features, and built a Random Forest model to predict performance ratings. I visualized findings and model outputs in Power BI.
I designed an interactive employee performance dashboard with Power Query, DAX, and a relational data model. I also designed and analyzed an A/B test, using hypothesis testing, p-values, and confidence intervals to support a business recommendation.
My projects also include an NLP resume analyzer, a scheduled job-scraping pipeline, and a CNN facial-expression model with real-time OpenCV detection deployed through Streamlit.
