Milind Chaudhari

I am an aspiring data scientist with hands-on experience building end-to-end ML pipelines and delivering predictive insights for operational use. During an industry internship I developed classification and regression models, applied feature engineering, and used cross-validation and evaluation metrics to improve performance.

I have built and deployed ML-backed applications including a Django-based employee performance predictor and an ITSM predictive analytics engine, and I publish open-source tooling such as a Python visualization library to accelerate EDA workflows.

I focus on turning data into actionable business insights through rigorous statistical analysis, automated EDA, and reproducible development practices, and I seek roles where I can scale ML solutions to support data-driven decision making.
